All About Aebleskiver and How to Make Them (Includes a Recipe)


What's an Aebleskiver?

Beat the egg whites until light and fluffy and soft peaks form.Danish aebleskiver (sometimes called "ebleskiver") are one of the few pastries that you can make on the stovetop�that doesn't require baking�and that you don't have to fry.
